Congrats to the government and granting this project a categorical exclusion to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). While the review would have been straightforward since the project is replacing a destroyed bridge you never know what you can find once you start doing these evaluations.

But overall it’s exciting bids are due today $75M for planning and design.
