it came out ~0.5 cm shorter on both the height and depth than aimed for
Cut yourself some slack, they still haven't solved this when producing 2x4's. (I know that's not true, btw)
I would have no idea that wasn't a commercially produced pouch. Great job!

Yeah, the problem is: I've tailored it towards fitting my phone, which still fits, only VERY tightly 😁
