Putins inofficial stance is "Bitcoin for me but not for thee".
The explosive trade with Turkey, the -stan countries and south east asia tells you everything you need to know. Surely a lot gets funnled through China aswell. Trade along this massive land border REQUIRES Bitcoin because there is no alternative. And on the other hand Putin hates the idea of enabling his citizens.
