Here are some of the top lessons I’ve learned over the past decade on how to scale bitcoin mining operations.
LESSON 1: MINING AT SCALE REQUIRES CAPITAL LESSON 2: BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THE INDUSTRY LESSON 3: PRIORITIZE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY LESSON 4: CONTINUAL INNOVATION LESSON 5: EVALUATE LOCATIONS WISELY LESSON 6: DOWNTIME = LOST PROFITS LESSON 7: SCALE CREATES MOMENTUM AND RESILIENCE
LESSONS LEARNED AND IMPLEMENTED Managing large-scale mining operations takes focus and dedication, and there are going to be many lessons learned as we venture forward in this very new industry. However, the goal is to face challenges head-on, learn from them and be creative in our response in order to build a sustainable and profitable enterprise.

bitcoin mining is retarded unless you have electricity to waste (e.g. for space heating). Even then, you're just making a ton of e-waste.

Don't you know SN is the toxic maxi's den par excellence ? Reminds me of the "Die hard with a vengeance" scene in Harlem.
