The trust, under the ticker symbol “BTC,” is intended to be a “spin-off” of the spot Bitcoin ETF, the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust.
I would like to make an early prediction this will result in a Lawsuit many years from now.
"I thought I was buying Real BTC, not an iou from a company" will be what some novice user will say in a court filing.
