I think that once again these excessive controls that stifle the processes that are setting the tone for the future are going to work against the EU... and you can clearly see how more and more companies simply emigrate to countries where it is more profitable and more practical to do or implement as many studies or processes for these new technologies... they should leave as much protocol and set their objectives on calling or facilitating companies... and thus calling for more investment...

Yeah it isnt looking good. They are trying to incentives these companies however they cant actually become viable under the extreme circumstances which is what led to U.S. tech becoming the huge player in Europe as it is
