This was one of the prisoners released back to Russia today. It's a crazy story. I am looking forward to the podcasts too.
I'm curious here! Are humans subject to boundaries? What's the need of countries, religion and Many other such things. There should be a centralised jail whole land where all criminals from every corner live.
That's of course a view that humans won't understand in the Next hundred years. But, I fear, when they do it's already End Game for them.

That land is called Australia.
reply
So, you pointing to thag Australia is the best land to inhabit criminals or are they already inhabitated?
reply
I am poking fun at Australia because it was literally founded as a penal colony.
reply
Ohh! Some new knowledge! Thanks!
reply

It seems to me that the stance of CNBC for current US Government has really changed after Biden stepped down from the presidential race. To say those who are released by Russia are no criminals but whoever released by US are criminals is only one side of of the story. When was there and he was also convicted of spying which any country would take as bigger than any other offences.

Wild story. Wonder how many more like him in Russia and other nations.
Don’t they know only Wall Street big wigs and politicians are allowed to insider trade?
reply
I know. Pelosi must be furious.
reply
"Among that group was a wealthy young Russian entrepreneur named Vladislav Klyushin – who was incarcerated in a federal prison for his role in one of the most damaging insider trading schemes in Wall Street history." Wow, the way he did it was so interesting, and so illegal. I cant believe they are letting someone like him out again. He will stay in Russia forever, and continue doing what he did in the past!
reply
Exactly. And everyone in the US cheers. The hit man went home today too, to resume his career of murdering people.
reply
People dont understand the price we have to pay for these exchanges. How many people did we free for the USA? How many russians went free?
reply
8 went home from US prisons 16 went home from Russia's
Most prisoners in Russia were political dissidents, Russian nationals, jailed after fake trials. Alexey Navalny had to be one of them, ready to be exchanged, but Putin killed him instead. Lev Yashin and Vladimir Karamurza were about to die next, but the West freed them. The rest were foreign nationals, journalists, taken hostage just for that - to be exchanged for Putin's thugs. Mafia style.

Power play by Putin. It worked, he was able to get a lot of people back.
reply
I don't know. It involved a bunch of countries.

America was probably on the losing end, again. I mean, what else can happen with such a quick thinking president?
