One thing that I did not see mentioned here was with AI right now the cost of the server farms is soaring. From what I have heard from the serve farm builders/operators right now they are finally clearing out the farms that they had already signed contracts to before COVID and now everything is just so much more expensive compared to 4-5 years ago so all of the spending, even to keep what you have, has to go up.
