Already mentioned, for both Bitcoin and Lightning - 'Mastering the Lightning Network' by [Andreas Antonopoulos](https://aantonop.com/books/) is great

And last - not Bitcoin specific, but Ray Dalio's 'The Changing World Order' is excellent and IMO may as well have been referring to Bitcoin throughout
