When in a public place, expect to be filmed.
You have the right to ask to not be filmed, but not to complain.
The filmer has every right to film on public space, accessible ways and what is viewable from public land.
Is it from laws' books or talking in favour of a filter only. The person filmed can complain when his/her photography used to for business.
I'm nit a lawyer but listened people doing this.
