It would not be a civil war because it is not two sides of the population fighting over a political position. This is the people vs. dictators who refuse to give up power and unfortunately they have the weapons, technology and military intelligence, but they do not have the numbers... The people have the numbers and stones to fight and improvised Molotov cocktails. We need international military help.
