I met the son of a German general of all people, at the airport in Da Nang who now makes a living importing tools for steel work AND the freaking steel rolls themselves from China to Germany.......

Also met another one who used to do high level security on chemical plants who bailed due to the dangerous incompetence and insanity, all those who can get things done have left or are leaving these days!

So expect things to go BOOM in sooo many ways very soon...
