yes correct, borders separated with the dotted lines indicate the areas where you'll be sewing, red lines indicate a cut in the cordura.
The right part is where I assume you''ll place a string for closing the bag, that's why is a bit larger.
I'll probably get around to have a try at the above sometime tomorrow, I'll report back to ya.

Alright: I noticed that it simply takes too much time and details while measuring and cutting out the above, whereas the "folded" type of bottom is A LOT faster and simpler to make, plus it gives it kind of a "crumbled" look, which I like.
Nonetheless: your submission seems to be closest.

Thanks, I'm glad it helped you find an easier way. So you saying you started directly sewing from the bottom? What was the cut blueprint? Can I see the final result?

The implementation isn't perfect on this one, as I simply wanted to see what it looked like on one of the prototypes.

Really well done! With an extra layer of insulating material, you could also make it keep the bottle cold/warm... just an idea!

Thanks, I initially wanted it to have a kinda "draped" look at the bottom, like it's actually "holding" something; the above was kind of a happy little accident, but seems to fit the bill just fine. 😁
