Please, whoever hates eCash, refrain from hating here (write another post for that)
Currently I know only two apps that implement fedimint. These are Fedi and Mutiny wallet.
Fedi only supports fedimint ecash. It does not support any form of real bitcoin ownership. It supports some form of services linked to each federation (I don't know how this works). It does not support onchain receive and send. You can receive and send using lightning (lightning gateway support) and the app supports offline money transfer (i am still thinking of a real use case for that).
Mutiny wallet is a bitcoin and lightning wallet. It does not support offline payment but it supports receiving and sending onchain to a federation. It is very functional, but it does miss some basic functionality - like chosing whether to receive on a federation or in an already opened channel, or even which federation to receive and send from if you have joined more than one. And of course the biggest drawback is that it was announced thet Mutiny wallet will be killed at the end of the year.
Are there any other apps that support fedimint?
