Looks like they don't have OpenTimestamps support yet. They really should. This kind of document signing solution proves very little.

Agreed. I'm sure DocuSign doesn't have it either. The whole signing process in normie world is such a joke really. And people in normie world are concerned about bitcoin... always cracks me up. Its mostly ignorance

DocuSign is at least a reasonable choice of trusted third party. If you're self-hosting, you don't have that.
