They really had a chance here to recreate the Polo Grounds and I am not sure center field will be deep enough to satisfy that :(

MLB did the same thing when they did the field of dreams game for years ago. Instead of playing the actual field (just a couple set of stands), the built some stupid minor league size stadium.
I wish they hide camera locations and had no fans in the stand. Just the two teams playing.

Field of Dreams games might be coming back at some point. They were doing construction and expanding that field. Adding some youth fields to area. This year they did their international games and the game at historic Rickwood Field. Since they are doing the speedway game next year maybe they won't do Field of Dreams again in 2025 but I will be surprised if it is not brought back in the next few years.

Yeah FOD is coming back once they finish that construction! Its going to take either two or three years I don't remember which but afterward they are bringing that game back. Odds are this raceway is another stopgap for FOD to return
