There are two kinds of people in the world: those who take photos of their food, and those who don’t. No points for guessing which category I belong to.
In a bid to manage the visual clutter of my phone, I realised that I have ten years’ worth of food photos that I took in Japan. It’s true how small actions taken consistently pay huge dividends over time since you can gain a comprehensive introduction to Japanese cuisine through my photos.

Food is delicious 99% of the time in Japan. The ingredients are fresh, the flavours harmonise wonderfully with one another, and the plating is exquisite. And thanks to the depreciating yen, not so expensive as well.
