How about this? You can post as an inane topic as you like, but you need to load up a faucet with X amount of sats and let the market decide.  If your comment has merit, users pay you sats.  If it's truly mindless, your loaded faucet pays sats to those who think it appropriate.  When that faucet is empty, your comment gets pushed down into oblivion.
