Countries with monopolies on printing money will not "adopt" Bitcoin in any meaningful sense except due to necessity. I include Russia.
Why would a government give credence, if not overt legitimacy, to something which devolves their power over the economy?

Bitcoin for the rich that need to export, wash money and drive their trucks into the -stan countries or china. Rapidly inflating fiat for middle class and poor people.
