My body is so achy today. Consequences for eating a carby breakfast yesterday.
Yup, I was cereal and oatmeal in the past but that processed food made me bloated. Now it’s eggs, bacon, garlic, cheese, peppers, mushrooms, & tomatoes.

i started on a no grain experiment a couple days ago. it was revealed to me that stems, leaves, and grains are the parts a plant is trying to protect at all cost, hence evolving sophisticated protection mechanisms against their consumption, including poisoning the consumers.
anyways, it's mainly meat and ice-cream now

I tend to have trouble with grains too. When I have these achy days, I wish I had room in my life to go back to carnivore. I think the only way to make it work for me now is to spare no expense and start ordering all of my meals.
