Great to know how runes impacts mempool fees negatively but surely something else could also have a similar level of impact?

Eh... things will be rough for 2 weeks and then will get back to normal. I consolidated my UTXO when the cost was 6 sats/vbyte and I'm good for a loooong time. Rest of my sats is sitting in lightning wallets, so I don't care if fees are high for some time now.
