Mostly right, but LNURL (and its LUD's) are not core to the Lightning Network, they're an overlay... only BOLTS are Lightning... also Bxlt12 is not Lightning (yet) despite the best efforts of cloud and mobile node vendors trying to attack the protocol

The QR that OP refers to is a LNURL-Pay link, a Lightning Address is that same link but with a name-based wrapper

The ECash projects are not Lightning either, they're affinity scams that overlay

No, I was not referring to "invoices". As far as I know, the LNURL is an "invoice without expiration time".
