It's original Cordura with a very high dernier number, and thus, thicker, sturdier and more durable than a lower dernier fabric.
The "5-Farb Flecktarn" refers to the camouflage of the fabric, and the "TL" stands for "Technischer Leitfaden", or in other words: the requirements of which the fabric has to comply with as stated by the German Bundeswehr.
In short: it's tough stuff.
