Some time ago I had the opportunity to work in a restaurant and learn new cooking and preparation techniques.
It was then that I discovered "Carpaccio", a fantastic Italian preparation invented in Venice in 1963, served with lemon, oil, and parmesan cheese as the main ingredients. 👨🏻🍳
Before arriving at that place I had never known these preparations where the food is served raw, it was a delicious and satisfying experience.
