Russia's claiming a "DDoS" attack, which is about as believable as Musk's claim of one last week (less so, even since in Twitter's case, the cause was incompetence, but here it's almost certainly malice). Should be something to keep an eye on (and likely something that'll get overlooked in the US by most folks).
