Update:
  1. Do lighting Payouts get process when the block is found or do they wait till some particular time of day? A: It appears to be ~8 hours after a block.
  2. Is there a minimal Sats amount even for lightning payout? Assuming reward is enough to cover routing fees will a 22 sat payout get processed. A: Appears to be no minimal. Small payouts are sent out.
  3. What Node is Ocean paying out from? I was going to try to calculate routing fees. A: Don't know let. Lightning network "Privacy" only lets me see the inbound node.
