Go Outside. Go to the woods/mountains/sea whatever you have it close by. Take a deep breath and enjoy the silence. Watch a sunrise or sunset, watch birds or wild animals (one can learn a thing or two from them ) Disconnect for a while, unplug. You will thank me later...
Thanks! Disconnecting for a while really works. I've Himalayas near by and most of my free days go in hiking trekking
