This is way more complicated than the Rumble CEO thinks. Durov was in Baku to seek a meeting with Putin, who was there at the same time, and was allegedly rejected. That info was leaked out by the Russian Kremlin -aligned sources just before his arrest. Nothing of that sort for Rumble's CEO
I know alot of people are worried they will force him to turn over the keys to telegram. Not sure if it would do any good. hopefully he isn't traveling with a device that has all his admin access. Be a good time for anyone traveling to use caution and learn how to carry tailsOS usb with persistent storage or have backup access to information AFTER you go thru any airport or border.

there is no need to turn over the keys. none of it is encrypted except for the secret messages users can choose for direct messages and few ever use those secret chats
Well I am referring too access to servers and sites. Not specifically encryption. I am sure it will all be "leaked" in a hack exposing everyone who uses it. If france gets full access.
