This is where the troubles began, you need to fight this to the source. Either you allow it or you don't because, as you say, there will be always an excuse for "the next final exception"

We suddenly live in a world of goverment handouts. In the US with covid relief checks, ppp and student loan forgiveness. In Austria 500 bucks here, in Germany 300 bucks there. Handouts everywere. 🖨️🖨️

In theory I'm okay with government not sticking to their principles and making one time exceptions. But that isn't the case here, is it? There is always a crisis somewhere, there always has been, there always will be. We cannot make exceptions all the time until they are the norm. 🙅🏻‍♀️
