I was so confused the first time I tried Mangobiche, as I expected.. mango, but it's, like you say, grren mango with salt. I much prefer ripe mango. :D
I have tried green mango in pieces with salt or spices... it is something very common to see, in the place where I come from. But we had never prepared a semi-frozen cold drink with those ingredients. It was a unique and fun experience hahaha. And in the end I suppose there will be people who like that combination of flavors in Mangobiche ðŸ¥
