Some of you are already familiar with our LIGHTNING POS Terminal, which enables small merchants to accept Bitcoin payments at the point of sale. As larger supermarkets and hotel chains typically have existing hardware and software, we’ve started developing integrations with different POS systems to allow Bitcoin payments for larger merchants as well. This helps us reach even more people who want to pay with Bitcoin or are thereby made aware of it.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve completed our first integration with SAP S4/HANA. We’d like to share a short demo video showcasing this integration, highlighting the payment process at a self-checkout terminal in a supermarket. This solution can also be adapted to other scenarios and POS systems.
