I’m basically motivated by my own interests, as well as the needs of my friends and family.
The chances of me doing something I’m not interested in, without someone I care about asking, are slim to none.
How about in the context of work?
How likely are you to say yes to a task that doesn’t excite or even interest you so that you can pull your weight as a team player/ preserve work harmony etc?

This is kind of funny. I agree to work on pretty much anything, but my effort is entirely dependent on how interested I am or how much I like the other people on the project.
The result is a pretty substantial backlog of stuff I haven’t gotten around to.

You must wield considerable influence if you can take your time wrt deadlines n not be questioned about accountability haha
