Well, if the bonding is good and real it ends in marriage.
why? Why do you need a state approved contract with your wife to be together forever? I don't get that part.

Oh I don't mean the state paper, I meant marriage as it has always been a religion or spiritual union of a couple. I am totally against state civil marriage paper.
