Very sad. Although you might not expect to hear of this level of general societal malfeasance much in advanced economies, it's probably not entirely uncommon. But it's precisely that there would be outrage and horror once upon a time. Now this kind of thing goes largely unnoticed while po-faced politicians, executives and aristocrats scurry about like festering rats, feeding on the carcasses of Keynsian economies. IMO.
