If you are referring to iOS, then it's an apple thing. Paul mentioned it in an interview some time ago. Apple is wanting a cut of the transactions going through Sphinx even though Stakwork isn't involved in the transaction.

The google store one was last updated Jul 13, 2022. Apple doesn't play nice with Bitcoin and payments unfortunately.
