my first rabbit hole must have been seeing the martial arts tricksters that were performing insane twists and spins, just by trying stuff and finding out what's possible. i then spent A LOT of time trying to land a butterfly twist, falling over and over, for example with the help of this guy jujimufu:
20 years later, i can still do a butterfly twist. to anyone who has never seen it done live, this move looks crazy and incomprehensible. the internet is awesome!

Cool, if the army had not wrecked my body during the Cold War (injections) I totally would have been into parkour and things like that, fits my personality well haha

Actually my rough, old style 250 here is so hard to start that I push it in the morning, when it gets going I do fly after it for a brief moment before landing in the saddle ;-)
