I was hinting at France being the t3rr0r state actor here...
Its also disconcerting to see the degree to which even Telegram accommodated for totalitarian surveillance! Yeah they need to do things with some content perhaps, but they certainly pushed the image of not going along hard, while the opposite seems to be true!
