I can honestly say that this is the first completely honest article I've read about El Salvador. It's very difficult to generate an overnight change in people's mentality and it's very true that to achieve effective adoption you have to spend, otherwise what's the point of using bitcoin? I'm from Cuba and a large community has been created here mainly due to the inflationary crisis we live in and where bitcoin is a lifesaver, as well as a tool to escape government control. In our case, people associate bitcoin with the Ponzi scheme scams that surfaced a few years ago in Cuba and that were the beginnings of the use of bitcoin in Cuba.
