If by “retaliate” you mean “do to his enemies what was done to him”, then you all maybe shouldn’t have gone down that path in the first place.
I'm an I won't take side of Trump. He's imo isn't an ideal person to run a country. I believe it's also true that he's gonna alter in a big way in Intelligence services just for himself
