I don't think there is an easy way to do either, and it's mostly a joke, but the line is a reference to [this proposal](https://groups.google.com/g/bitcoindev/c/-NbdxKkaMQU/m/1FAF8EGSAQAJ) from Floppy Disk Guy

"Regular" full nodes generally don't signal support for a soft fork, with two exceptions: the proposal I just linked to is one exception and the other is [bip148](http://bips.xyz/148), which was controversial and hasn't been used ever since segwit

I run a node using Start9's infrastructure.  Do you know if Start9 has the option to signal for CTV from the UI, or do I have to use the CLI?
