Can she? No, it is locked. May she? Sure, I don't mind. Does she want to? Nope. I am neither.

Yes. I don't have any secrets.

No, but we don't have any secrets
You arbitrary combined two dimensions:
  1. [Yes; No]
  2. [We don't have any secrets; We don't need to share everything]
which means you excluded two combinations.
I would vote for "No; we don't have any secrets"

If you are revealing everything to your spouse, your spouse will not find you mysterious. The next thing you know your spouse will be your ex.

No, her life is her responsibility. My life is my responsibility. I will not empower her to do something malevolent to my persona may it be for the reason of making a practical joke or something sinister. The move is a stop gap measure to prohibit her from making a bad decision that she will regret later on.

Neither. Yes, and I still have secrets some times. Just not on my phone.

But she knows I don't tell her everything and she likes it that way. Some things are best kept to self.

Yes. It’s not about secrets, it’s about trust. And sometimes it’s just handy.
reply
When you have a solid relationship, distrust should not exist; trust should always remain, along with all the details that keep a relationship alive.
