Are you using version 7.0.4, from the android apk (though I think the apk would be the same as the regular android app)?
Mine looks like yours, EXCEPT there's no Advanced Mode between Privacy and Legacy URv1QR

True, I just updated to that version and the function disappeared.

Here's the screenshot for me.
If you look closely, it does look like there's a weird double line between those two items though. Wonder if it's a bug.
