These images that I bring you are from Guantanamo, the easternmost province of the country. This is something very common to see today. When a foreigner usually visits the country, he always sees the most beautiful face and that is why they leave with a false sense of prosperity that the people live well and it is not like that. Here, people who see the image are usually called vulnerable, a misleading term used to avoid saying that the vast majority of the population is poor because they cannot cover the most basic things that a human being needs to live. Well, here I leave you the images.
I identify with this post... and the photographs displayed go very well with the text... I know what I'm going to say is quite trite but exactly the same thing happens in that small South American country called Venezuela if you visit the capital Caracas you will see a parallel city and with a totally different reality to the entire country where people are eating out of the garbage... and dying in hospitals because there are no medications and the operating rooms are contaminated with bacteria that is commonly what ends up killing the sick who arrive with an emergency!!! and stop counting... I could extend my comment to infinity... many acquaintances there and many conversations by video calls listening to their reality and their suffering... something that I would like to change or that something good would happen and that its inhabitants would not suffer as much as in Cuba... 😞😞
