I couldn't find an English source, but basically, X hired Cloudflare to bypass the IP block on X. Brazil won't block Cloudflare because it would block most important Brazilian websites. Elon doing his magic... very good.

Are you talking about regular folks? It's not their fault the Brazilian government can't do a better job of blocking X. Some people were already using VPNs, but now they don't even need those. I bet the Brazilian government is coming after Cloudflare next.

There are always ways to evade sanctions and blockades. Limiting freedom of expression is perhaps possible in countries like China, North Korea, Russia or Cuba, but in countries like Brazil, which is supposed to be a democratic country, this law will not last long. Elon Musk already did a good job with Cloudflare. I think they will have to give up.

It is not for nothing that he is one of the great brilliant minds of the last century. I don't know if Elon is a Hero or a Villain, but what I am sure of is that he is an important character in humanity, one of those who leave their mark and you hear about them many, many years after their departure.
