IMO it's a fantastically simple and powerful programming language.
I highly recommend all programmers learn it to see what they're missing out on and to expand their ideas about what's possible with programming. It's a hard language to use practically because it's relatively trivial (and fun) to create competing dialects (and libraries) so there's not a canonical dialect and so there isn't one true Lisp to rally behind.
