Sleeping is like a habit. You can change it if you practice. I've seen both people sleeping 9 and 10 hours still feeling lazy and some have hardly slept 5 hours and look as energetic as ever.
So, I'd suggest you practicing yoga before and after sleep.
My wife would suggest the same thing. She is a yoga teacher. Been practicing her whole life. Maybe I should listen.

You should otherwise one day you'll be old and your wife will still be fitter and younger.

No, it was my decision not to marry too young. I wasn't born in an affluent family so just wanted to make sure before marriage that I wouldn't have to live in poverty anymore. I'm like semi retired now and enjoying my life. Just got married in 2023. I'm in mid 40s. You can understand.

I am about that age and I got married less than 2 years ago. But I have grown kids. I just lucked out. I proposed to my kids mom but she had the sense to make sure we didn't follow though. So grateful.
