Each has their own philosophy. Beibg visible does help, you can actually click on them and see what they have been up to. I enjoy doing that to @Undisciplined, because his posts are ones l like to comment on. Usually the same 20 people are on the top of the list.

After a while you kind of figure out who they are if you arent dense. You just have to go a roundabout way to find their stuff.
