Not really.
Bitcoin is the only incorruptible and transparent resource that they CANNOT manipulate.
If you read the entire thing you would understand that all the revolutions need financing from their debt system and if that debt system is destroyed then so is their power.
Bitcoin is the biggest blow against these literal Enemies of Mankind.
