So i think whats happening is that its a small business that does money transmitting. And they do Bitcoin / Crypto / WU

edit That being said, i just checked out WU's homepage and they really seem to be on top of things. They have not given up yet when it comes to international money transfers. That website gives crypto a run for its money at first glance.
