I’m liking squat to over head press and push ups plus as much walking as I can in a day
I am a fan of creating something while keeping fit. Living off-grid gives me this opportunity all the time. I move a lot of rocks, dig, lift solar panels, build stuff, etc. I really like having usable balance of strength and flexibility. If I do "work-out", I like body weight exercises over weights.

For as long as I can remember, I have been able to combine my daily exercises with everything related to Bitcoin and all the learning it has given me.
